What Hair On Fire Salon Spa offers
Hair On Fire Salon Spa is listed as a beauty salon, with hair salon and hair care as secondary categories. The reviews are almost entirely about hair: cuts, styling and full appointments for hair that customers describe as dry, naturally wavy or chemically burned.
Customers seem to book with a particular stylist and come back. One reviewer says they would drive an hour to see Savannah again, and another describes the salon as beautifully decorated, with friendly beauticians.
What customers say about Hair On Fire Salon Spa
Four of the five review excerpts give 5 stars, and Savannah is named in four of the five. Reviewers mention that she listened, shaped a cut to suit their hair type and lifestyle, and explained how to look after their hair afterwards. One review from 2 years ago says she restyled hair that had been chemically burned and that the result was better than expected. A reviewer from 3 years ago, whose hair had gone about 3 years without a cut, says it now feels much healthier.
Other reviews are shorter. One from 6 months ago calls the appointment a 10/10 experience, and one from a year ago says everyone at the salon is nice and kind.
The one critical review, from 3 years ago, gives 3 stars. The reviewer says their girlfriend asked for androgynous short hair on all 3 visits and received a different style each time, and that Savannah, though nice, kept pushing her own vision. The same review calls the staff great conversationalists.

Upon entering this Salon, only felt good vibes!!! Beautiful decorated and the Beauticians are all kind and very friendly. My stylist was Savanah who did her magic on my hair that was chemically burned and needed a cut and style. It happened thanks to Savanah and it was better than I ever thought it could be. Such attention to detail and very informative on hair care moving forward. It was also very affordable! WIN-WIN! I really love the new style and I will definitely be returning.

I have naturally wavy, dry hair and had not had a cut in about 3 years. Savannah did a fantastic job and my hair feels so much healthier! She listened and shaped the style into what works best for my hair type and lifestyle. Will definitely drive an hour to see her again! Thanks savannah!

The staff are nice but each time my girlfriend has gone in and asked for androgynous short hair, she’s given a bump-it, Karen-styled haircut which isn’t what she ever asks for. It’s happened all 3 times she’s gone. Savannah was very nice but unfortunately kept pushing her vision onto my girlfriend, which was not what my she wanted or asked for. Otherwise, all the staff are great conversationalists and are inclusive to all types of clientele. I have to give 3 stars because you have to really push for the style you want if it doesn’t match with the vision of the stylist.
